3. Booking and Payment

Flight Reservations: We assist you in making flight reservations based on your preferences and requirements. However, flight availability, schedules, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed only at time of purchase. All advanced ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket must be booked in the passenger’s name as it is precisely displayed on a government issued ID. Changing names on tickets is prohibited.

Payment: Payment for flight reservations and related services must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified during the booking process. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Airlines reserve the right to cancel or change schedules without notice due to weather and other factors that may affect operating conditions, departures and arrivals cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that you reconfirm all flights prior to departure and at any stopover; at least 24 hours (domestic) and 72 hours (international).

5. Travel Documents

Passport and Visa: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any required visas for your travel, locally or internationally. We can assist with visa applications, but the final decision rests with the relevant authorities.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

We act as intermediaries between you and airlines, hotels, and other service providers. While we make every effort to provide accurate information and assist you with your travel plans, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or actions of third-party service providers.
